#9347: Compliance Portal - Hidden Options on Nature/Location/Mechanism/Agency Lists

When a drop down list option for fields such as Nature of Injury, Location, Mechanism of Injury and Agency is ticked to be 'Hidden' it does not show in Core or the Compliance Portal. Existing records will still display the hidden value, but staff will no longer see it as a selectable option.
