#8852: Vaccinations - Added to Custom Labels and can Edit ‘Consent’ and ‘Exemption’ Drop Down Lists¶

To assist with Department of Health vaccination reporting, we have now enabled the drop down lists to be edited - prior to this they were static Yes/No options.  Plus the Vaccination Consent and Exemption fields can be custom labelled if need be.

As stated in https://www.health.gov.au/sites/default/files/documents/2022/04/my-aged-care-quick-reference-guide-how-to-view-add-and-update-covid-19-vaccination-data.pdf, the Department of Health require that you capture the following Consent and Exemption Types;

Consent ddl options required (required for Resident reporting);

Yes - willing and clinically suitable
Yes -
severely immunocompromised

Authorised Exemption options (required for Staff anc Volunteer reporting);

Yes - permanent medical exclusion
Yes - temporary medical exclusion
Yes - temporary inability to access a vaccine
