#9325: My Workforce - NEW Testing Register (PCR/RAT Testing)ΒΆ

We have had some clients discuss their need to retain staff PCR/RAT details and not have a viable solution to record this in. As this seemed quite an important requirement, we have agreed to include this within the ionMy solution and fast tracked it for you.
To make it easy for all staff to enter their own test results, we have a new option available in both the Core database and on the Compliance Portal to allow staff to easily enter their and/or client results.
Once submitted they are recorded in Our Workforce > Health and Linked Records > PCR/RAT Results within the Core database for continued processing and/or reporting on.
Please note: There is configuration required to have this functionality enabled in your system. Below is a guide to what is needed. If you would like ionMy to do this work for you, please email sales@ionmy.com.au for a quote.
Configuring the form for the Compliance Portal
Settings > App Settings > Compliance Portal. Select the Testing Results option at the Section dropdown list to create your desired form.
Configuring the form for the Core database
Settings > System Settings > Custom Labels > Our Workforce/ Health/Testing Result Details
Please note that changes made here will also be reflected on your Community people Testing Result Details.
Enabling Testing Result tabs in Core Database
Settings > Menu > Our Workforce > Staff Health and Linked Records as they are currently disabled. You can also relabel the tabs to be what you would like them displayed as.
Repeat this in Settings > Menu > Our Community within each of your Community (TPP) types that you wish to be able to record tests against.
Adding Drop Down List Values
Settings > Drop Down Fields > Vaccinations - add options into both Testing Type and Testing Result
Settings > Drop Down Fields > Our Community > Type/Group - select the Community types you wish to be able to record Testing Results against.
Please note: Staff is enabled by default.
