#9410: Surveys/Audits - Person Completing and Email Can Be Hidden

To the delight of many, we have now made it possible to turn off the 'Person Completing' and 'Email' fields from the beginning of individual Surveys and/or Audits. When viewing the Survey/Audit Details tab of a selected survey/audit you will now see the new checkbox as per below image.
