#9539: Hazard - Add new Severity Index standard field

A new single select list field to record Hazard's severity index has been added. The default field is labelled as "Severity Index" and can be renamed if required.

Through your usual system administrator processes, you have the ability to change;

• Drop Down Lists: edit the available options, set which index that triggers "On Hazard Severity Index" alert when selected in hazard record
• Custom Labels: enable the fields, rename them, set them as mandatory in core system
• Compliance Portal: enable the fields in infection module in compliance portal
• Reports: add the new fields to your report fields, charts and/or filters.
• Alerts: add the parameters of new fields to any relevant hazard alerts
• Mail Merge: add the "SEVINDX" parameters of new fields to any relevant hazard mail merge template

Note: This field will not be visible upon release of this version. You will need to enable it to make it visible to your users.
