#7390: Committees - Updating Standing Agenda Items Flows Through to Existing Scheduled Meetings

Support Ticket(s): ION-189

Adding a new committee agenda on committee details page now flows through to existing meeting records with these criteria:

• Meeting date is in the future
• Meeting status is 'Planned'

• Meeting Minute status is 'Being Prepared' or 'Planning Agenda'

When adding agenda, tick the new 'Add to Existing Meeting ' tickbox to add the new agenda to existing meeting records


The new agenda will be added in the existing meeting records with these format for meeting organizer to adjust accordingly:

• Additional '.X' is added at the end of new agenda's item number
• Additional '[NEW]' is added at the beginning of new agenda's name
