#9715: Exciting News: Introducing ionReports in ionMy Version 7.0

We're thrilled to unveil Version 7.0: that incorporates the brand-new ionReports module. This feature replaces the previous Izenda reports module, which for your extended convenience will also remain accessible until a later release.
 
To ensure a seamless transition, we're hosting brief workshops over the next few weeks, covering:
 
1. Getting Started with ionReports: Dive into navigating the interface, explore buttons, tabs, and settings.
2. Creating Basic Reports: Learn to craft Table/List and Chart styles effortlessly.
3. Report Formatting: Master tasks like renaming columns, selecting colors, and scheduling reports.
4. Crafting Dashboards: Discover how to build dynamic dashboards.
5. Flexi Reports: Explore the versatility of reports with embedded sub-reports.
 
Following these workshops, you'll discover an array of additional resources, including videos and manuals, in the ionMy knowledgebase.
 
Key Highlights to Look Forward to:
 
In Version 7.0:
 
- We've revamped our suite of Default Reports to align with current reform and indicator reporting requirements, providing a solid foundation for your custom reports.
- System administrators now have the ability to safely delete any irrelevant reports.
Important Note on Permissions: In a future update, access to ionReports will be tailored so that specific user groups can view, edit, delete, and export reports. For the initial release this is available for those who have been granted access to the reports module.
 
Between v7.0 and 7.1:
 
- Your System administrators will gain the power to modify default reports and dashboards, as well as create new ones.
- Please be aware that modifying a default report marked with "(sub report)" may impact associated dashboards.
- Our team will begin crafting your organisation's "Top 10++ Reports" and continue developing new reports for Version 7.1.
 
Version 7.1:
 
- The final set of default reports will be rolled out.
- You'll have the freedom to modify default reports, saving them to your custom report suite, much like your current workflow.
- Standard ionMy Menu Permissions will be applied, ensuring users can perform actions based on their permissions (View, Add, Edit, Delete, Export) seamlessly.
