#8779: My Workforce - Allow Future Dated Staff Transfers/Unallocation Dates

The system now allows users to set a future removal date for staff employment allocations. With this update, users can now enter a removal date in advance for a staff member's position. On the specified removal date, the position will automatically be removed from the staff record and logged under the "Position History" section.

This enhancement ensures seamless management of employment changes.
