With thanks to a valued client, we have introduced a tool within the Drop Down Fields menu to help you know which 'Parent Category' an event type may be linked to. When working in Settings > Drop Down Fields and in one of the Category fields, for example Incident Category, by ticking a checkbox nest to a Parent category, the details (breadcrumb text) of that parent are displayed in a box to the right of the screen.
