#9073: Training - Checkbox Re-Enabled for Linked Credentials

The checkbox on the credentials table linked to training courses has been reinstated on the Bulk Training Course page. This was originally a radio button option but has been updated to a checkbox to allow the selection of multiple credentials that may be gained when attending a course. When ticked, these credentials will flow through to the employees credentials list.
