#8878: Accident/Incident - New Setting to Disable Flexi page Auto Redirect

The previous behaviour of custom flexi accident/incident forms, is that if/when one of these record types are selected from the incident register, the end user is auto-navigated to the flexi details page for that incident. 

This ticket introduces the ability to determine if a user is auto-navigated to the flexi details screen (custom incident form), upon selection of an incident record that has a custom flexi form sitting behind it or if they are navigated to the standard incident details page and the user manually navigates to the custom details page for that record instead.
