#9193: System Wide - TPP Name Drop Down Lists to Include Additional Identifier

To help with selecting the correct community member in a drop down list where there might be multiple people with the same name, we have added the ability to display up to 2 additional identifiers next to their name. This is displayed in any person related drop down list, such as Person Involved, Feedback Provider, Committee members, WTA (Community).

There are 6 identifiers you can choose from for your display criteria. To select your preferred option(s) please go to Settings > System Settings > Organisation tab. Scroll to the bottom of the screen to find the options. Tick the identifiers you wish to use, and save your changes.


Please note that this ticket is introducing the functionality for people within your Community module only. There is a future ticket in our roadmap to have the same ability for your staff drop down lists (#9278)
