#9201: Alerts/Reminders - Accident, Chemical and Action Status Changed

Alerts set to trigger based on a change in status correctly send according to alert status setting. For example;

• if record status is set to open then only send the alerts set to "Status = Open"
• if record is closed then only send alerts set to "Status = Closed
