#9465: System Wide - Redesign Drop Down List Fields (Staff/TPP) (2)

Single select fields now have an easy Search function. Users can type in letters to quickly filter the list to find the value(s) they are looking for. This feature is only applied to  staff/community people single select fields.

This feature is currently applied only in these pages:
 * Feedback details page
   - Source
   - Person responsible
   - Who about
 * Feedback flexi page
   - Source
   - Person responsible
   - Who about
 * Feedback details 2 page > Open disclosure embedded table
   - Lead staff

Note: This new feature will be applied to multi select fields in embedded table pop up pages in pages mentioned above and other pages in other tickets in future version
