#9015: System Wide - Record Saved Without Completing Mandatory Fields

Previously, users could save records in the Feedback and Incident modules without completing mandatory flexi fields, leading to incomplete data entries.

Resolution:
We have implemented a fix that enforces mandatory field completion before allowing record submission in the Feedback and Incident modules. This fix prevents users from saving incomplete records and promotes accurate data capture.
