#9742: ionReports - Scheduler intermittent issue

We have introduced a new feature in the Auditing Menu for Reporting Scheduler Log that enhances the traceability and monitoring of scheduled report jobs. Every time a report schedule is created or an error is received in the scheduler, a detailed log will be generated. This log captures important information about the scheduling process.
