#9668: ionReports - Datetime Parameter In Report Title

We have introduced a new feature that enhances report title customisation. Date tags within report titles are now automatically replaced with the corresponding date text.

• Date Tags: Tags like {LASTYEAR}, {THISYEAR}  etc., will be dynamically converted into the appropriate year or date text.
• Example: If your report title includes {LASTYEAR}, it will automatically be replaced with "2023" in the final output.

This update simplifies the process of creating up-to-date reports with accurate date information
