#9734: System Wide - Redesign User Defined Fields in Core App

We've made significant enhancements to the User Defined Fields, improving the way you manage labels and settings.
Key Updates:

1. Moved User Defined Field Tab:

The User Defined Field tab menu under Drop Down Fields has been moved to the new menu to simplify navigation.

2. New "Field Settings" Menu (Level 2):

A new "Field Settings" menu is now available at Level 2, providing centralised access to all field-related configurations.

3. Updated Label Access:

UDF label is now available within the new "Field Settings" tab, making it easier to manage and customise field labels.
Impact on Existing Records:

• This redesign does not affect any current records in the system. All existing data remains unchanged and accessible. The new updated data can only be reported using ionReports as it won't be available in Izenda anymore. The old data will still be available in Izenda.
