#9686: Our Community - Email is not Valid error when no email is entered

In the Our Community module, under the Contact Details tab, we have improved the behavior of the Email Address field.

Change:

• If no email address is entered in the Email Address field, updating the other fields will no longer trigger an error message.

Impact:
This update enhances user experience by allowing address updates without requiring an email address to be filled in, preventing unnecessary error prompts
