#9814: Data Import - Importing Unit and Position without date allocation removes allocation

In this update, we have improved how unit and position allocations are handled during data imports:

• Unit and Position Mapping Without Allocated Date: When importing data where unit and position fields are mapped but the allocated date is not provided, the system will now assign the unit and position to the staff member using either:
  • Todays Date: If no prior allocation exists.
  • Original Allocated Date: If a prior allocation is already in place.

This ensures that unit and position assignments are accurately recorded even in the absence of an allocated date during the data import process, improving the consistency and reliability of staff allocations.
