#9107: Staff Vaccinations - Details Page Enhancements to Align With New Requirements

To ensure vaccination details recorded for your staff capture the information required for COVID-19 vaccinations, and all other types, fields have been slightly modified to suit. Modifications are:
  • Prior Immunity Claimed field - now has an option of 'Unknown'
  • Prior Immunity Documented field - now has an option of 'Unknown'
  • Serological Testing Shows Immunity field - now has an option of 'Unknown'
  • Employee Notified field - renamed to Results Notified
  • Coordinator field - renamed to Prescribed By
  • Date field - renamed to Date Prescribed
