#8296: Actions - Option to Escalate Actions to Committee(s)

Introducing new feature that enable the 'Escalate to Committee' button on your Action Details page. As with other modules, this is done by selecting which meeting groups can have action records sent to them.
To enable this feature, Committees > Select Committee > Committee Details tab - tick the "Is shown in All Actions 'Escalate To Committee' list" checkbox and save. Repeat this for all meeting groups you wish to allow escalation to.



Now you will have the 'Escalate to Committee' button on your Action Details page.

Selecting this button will present the popup box you are familiar with, however there is a feature that is specific to escalating action records. As the image below highlights, you need to select which action records you wish to escalate.



Once you select the action records for escalation, your Committee names will be presented for selection. Select all that apply and save to have this action records escalated accordingly.
