#8725: Accidents/Incidents - Ability to Duplicate an Incident Record

Introducing the ability to partially duplicate an incident record submitted by the logged in end user in both the compliance app / compliance portal and core ionMy system. 

CORE SYSTEM: 

End users will now be able to utilise the 'Duplicate' button within the Incident Details and Incident Flexi Details page for an existing incident record, whereby when selected a duplicate of the currently accessed incident record will be created that includes the following information as part of the duplication process;
  • Incident Date
     
  • Incident Time
     
  • Incident Location
     
  • Site / Service / Org Unit
     
  • Incident Type / Incident Category 
     
  • Incident Description

As outlined above, the duplication process does not include the entirety of the form being duplicated only the fields outlined above.

COMPLIANCE APP / COMPLIANCE PORTAL:

End users will now be able to utilise the 'Duplicate' button for Incident Management within the Compliance App / Compliance Portal, whereby when an end user submits a new incident record within the app they will be presented with a new 'Duplicate' button after submission. If an end user selects this button during the same active session in the compliance app, the last incident record that they submitted will be partially duplicated and displayed for them to continue processing prior to selecting the submit button. 

The duplication process includes the following information to be duplicated and presented to the end user for a subsequent submission;
  • Incident Date
     
  • Incident Time
     
  • Incident Location
     
  • Site / Service / Org Unit
     
  • Incident Type / Incident Category 
     
  • Incident Description

As outlined above, the duplication process does not include the entirety of the form being duplicated only the fields outlined above.
