#8798: Accidents/Incidents and Risks - Link to Outcomes in Related Standard

The ionMy system now allows both Accident/Incident records and Risk Assessment records to be linked as evidence directly to accreditation standards, without requiring a continuous improvement record to be created. 

This means that both Accident / Incident and Risk Assessment records can be directly linked as evidence to the Quality Aged Care outcomes to further build your organisations evidence to show that you are meeting the standards.
