#8703: Company Documents - Hidden Documents in Review Table is Visible to All

Where a policy or procedure record has hidden documents uploaded within the revision table, these hidden documents will no longer be visible when the global tick-box is unticked. 

Where a policy or procedure record is set with a status of Unavailable or Obsolete, the documents uploaded within the revision table for the record will not show when an end user utilises the search upload feature.

The search uploads feature will only search and display the Current / Approved documents that are set to Public and not hidden.
