#8853: Alerts/Reminders - Main Id in Hazard Action Follow Up Alert is incorrect

This ticket rectifies a minor defect within the action follow up alerts for hazard control actions, whereby the content of the alert will now refer to the main record ID instead of the hazard control record ID when it sends out follow up alerts in relation to open control actions.
