#8827: My Open Action - Redirected to Security Access Denied page when open the action

This ticket resolves a minor defect that was associated with the My Open Actions dashboard.

When a 'My Community' action was accessed from the My Open Actions dashboard, it sporadically resulted in the end user being redirected to a security access denied page. This will no longer occur and the end user will be navigated to the action details page when accessing a My Community action from the 'My Open Actions' dashboard as expected.
