#8745: Community - Printing Assessments Truncates if Many Columns in Table

The file type for printed assessments within the Client Form Portal and the Core ionMy system has been changed to excel format.

This change was required to cater for assessments that are built to include likert scales with multiple columns that exceed typical A4 page sizes. 

When a user accesses an assessment within the client form app and selects the print icon, the downloaded file will now be in excel format. 

When a user accesses an assessment in the core ionMy system for a community member and they select the print icon, the downloaded file will now be in excel format.
