#8310: Security - My Workforce Policy Access for Specific HR Functions Within

You asked - we listened!

This ticket is introducing the ability to set security policy access against specific components of the Workforce module. Previous to this, we could set policy access against Employee, which meant that policy access was used in all aspects of the Workforce Registers. It is now possible to set different policy access against:

* Workforce (current setting plus also used when viewing Person Involved, Who Provided Feedback, Who Feedback is About drop down lists)
* Performance Management
* Credentials and Trainings
* Health (incl. Vaccinations and Linked Records)

For example, if you have a team that manage all employees Vaccination records, but they should not be able to see other employee related information, you now have the ability to set the system to provide this level of access.

As a reminder, Policy Access is set in Settings > Security > Policy tab, and visibility can be set to options such as All, Own Unit, Own Unit Tree and None (among others).
  

Please note: When this ticket is released, the settings on these 3 new options will automatically default to align to your Employee policy access.
