#9169: Reporting - Update Default Reports/Dashboards in ionMy Default Report Suite

As mentioned in the ionMy monthly newsletters of late, and in the bi-monthly user group, the team here at ionMy have been working on new reports and dashboards to assist our valued clients in their reporting to through the My Aged Care provider portal. These reports and dashboards are all available to you in the ionMy Default Reports Suite.  Among the reports are the Vaccination Dashboards for reporting on staff, consumer, volunteer and contractor COVID-19 doses and some Falls and Pressure Injury dashboards that may assist when completing your National Quality Indicator Program quarterly reports.

Please note that all default reports have been created based on ionMy default settings. If your organisation has made changes to custom labels and/or drop down lists, these reports may need slight modification to pick up your custom settings. The support team can guide you in this if you log a support ticket, or you may wish to book in some reports training with our Trainer, Alex Constantinou.
