#9797: Alerts/Reminders - Data Watch - Add Primary NOK recipient to all Incident Alerts

To allow for more transparent communication with the NOK (Next of Kin) of your residents/clients, alert fields have been updated as follows:

1. The "Primary NOK" has been added as a recipient in all accident/incident related alerts.

  • On Accident/Incident Action Created
  • On Accident/Incident Action Escalated
  • On Accident/Incident Action Follow Up
  • On Accident/Incident Action Note Created
  • On Accident/Incident Action Status Changed
  • On Accident/Incident Checklist Activity Follow Up
  • On Accident/Incident Created
  • On Accident/Incident Created Remote
  • On Accident/Incident Evaluation Created
  • On Accident/Incident Evaluation Follow Up
  • On Accident/Incident Followup
  • On Accident/Incident Is High Priority
  • On Accident/Incident Person Responsible Changed
  • On Accident/Incident Rating Changed After
  • On Accident/Incident Rating Changed Before
  • On Accident/Incident Severity Index
  • On Accident/Incident Status Changed

2. PI Type DDL Added

  • The PI Type DDL (dropdown list) has been added to the following alerts:
    • On Accident/Incident Rating Changed After
    • On Accident/Incident Rating Changed Before
This results in your team being able to configure accident/incident alerts that they be sent to NOK should a resident/client incident be rated highly.
