#9817: Data Watch - Dashboard

The whole ionMy team have been working hard behind the scenes and very excited to now present to you the new DataWatch module.


The new  Data Watch Alert>Monitoring Dashboard menu provides users with a comprehensive view of triggered alerts across different areas. This dashboard is designed to enhance monitoring capabilities of critical events and offers the following features:
  1. All: Displays a summary view with 3 tile groups, providing an overall look at alerts across all categories




2. Clinical: Shows tiles specifically for triggered alerts related to clinical areas, such as incidents, infections, Risk and Hazard



3. Governance: Displays tiles for triggered alerts in governance areas, including Audits, Complaints and Documents


4)  HR: Presents tiles for alerts related to HR areas, such as employee Training and Credential expiring


Each pill menu option allows users to filter and focus on specific alert categories, ensuring a targeted view of critical information.

Alert Detail Tab Menu
  • If a user clicks on any of the tiles within the Clinical, Governance, or HR menus, they will be redirected to the Alert Detail tab. The tiles are not clickable on "All" tab.
  • The Alert Detail tab provides an in-depth view of the specific alert associated with the selected tile, displaying all relevant information and criteria that triggered the alert.
  • Clicking the View hyperlink will present a popup showing details of the alert sent
  • Selecting the Record hyperlink will automatically navigate you to the associated record for continued processing or investigation. 
This new dashboard enhancement improves alert monitoring by offering a categorised and detailed view, enabling users to quickly identify, track, and respond to critical alerts in real-time.
